The largest residential complex in Greater Noida
AWHO Township, Gurjinder Vihar is spread over 95 acres and comprises 2,822 apartment units in multi-storey blocks, with shopping complexes, an amphitheatre, and nursery, primary and secondary schools. A club for recreation, a community centre (GVCC), an ECHS polyclinic and a CSD canteen within the complex cater to the needs of the resident owners.
The constructed area occupies only 40% of the land; the remaining 60% has been developed into landscaped gardens, wide roads and greens, with each apartment block having parks on three or all four sides. Besides the block-side parks there are several central parks, playgrounds, a swimming pool and a gymnasium. The 2.76 km peripheral road inside the boundary wall, amid trees and parks, is a walker's and jogger's delight.
Location
The Township is a well-planned residential mini-city about 25 km from Delhi via the DND Flyway and the eight-lane Expressway, a journey of 20–30 minutes. The Army Institute of Management Technology, Jalvayu Vihar (Air Force and Naval Housing Society), the Senior Citizens Housing Complex, Himsagar Apartments (Border Roads), the BSF Housing Colony, the IFS Society and the Judges Society are located adjacent to the Township.

Apartments are of 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 2 BHK plus study, 3 BHK, 4 BHK and penthouse configurations. The Township has standby power and meets all standards of quality construction.

The Association
The Residents Welfare Association was registered in 2009-10 (Regn No. 613/2009-10) and administers the Township under the Uttar Pradesh Apartment Act 2010. Its office is at Pocket P-5, Sector Chi-1, Greater Noida, GB Nagar (UP) — 201315.
