What we hold
The member portal holds residents' names, flat numbers, mobile numbers, email addresses and household particulars (vehicles, domestic staff engaged, rooms allotted). Registration requests are checked against the Association's roll of residents.
Why
Solely for the administration of the Township: verifying who may access member records, issuing RFID tags, allotting rooms, and maintaining the domestic staff register that the General Body resolved to keep open to residents.
Who sees it
Board members and RWA office staff, on the Association's own system. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers. The public site never shows a resident's mobile number, and a property listing shows the owner's name and telephone only if the owner chose that option.
Domestic workers
Registered workers' identifiers and mobile numbers are visible to all logged-in residents. Each worker's consent to that publication is recorded on the registration form, with its date, before the record is created.
Your preferences
Theme, light or dark presentation and text size are stored only in your own browser. They are not written to your record on the server and are not used to identify or track you.
Retention and security
Administrative actions are logged with user, time and IP address and retained for at least three years. The system is backed up daily. Data is hosted in India. To correct or query your data, write to the RWA office.
