Mode of Payments
How maintenance and other charges may be paid.
Maintenance charges
Monthly maintenance is billed to each flat and paid through the MyGate app (UPI, card or net banking). Cheques in favour of the Association are accepted at the RWA office; please write your flat number on the reverse.
GVCC bookings and other charges
Paid online after approval, quoting the booking code issued by the office so that the payment is identified.
Room charges, RFID tags and other dues
Billed with the maintenance invoice. The schedule of rates and penalties, each carrying the resolution by which it was approved, is in the member portal.
Bank details
Available from the RWA office on request. The Association never asks for payment to a personal account; treat any such request as fraudulent and report it to the office.
