Use of the member portal is restricted to verified Owners, Tenants and Board members of the Association. Access is granted after verification against the Association's roll and a confirmation telephone call, and is withdrawn on change of residency status.
Members must keep their password confidential and must not share one-time passwords. Documents downloaded from the portal are for the member's own use in connection with the Township and are not to be republished.
The Association may suspend an account that is misused. Questions about these terms go to the Secretary.
