GVCC Booking
Gurjinder Vihar Community Centre — venues, shift timings, tariff and the five-step booking procedure.
Venues
- Main hall — air-conditioned, seating for about 250
- Lawn — up to about 400 guests, seasonal
- Party room — small functions, up to about 60

Who may book, and for what
Resident owners and tenants (through the owner) may book for family functions, religious ceremonies, meetings and cultural programmes. Non-residents may book only when sponsored by a resident. Commercial exhibitions, sales and political meetings are not permitted. Loud music must end by 22:00 as required by law.
Other charges
Electricity for generators, additional cleaning, and damage (assessed by the Estate Manager) are charged separately. The security deposit is refunded after inspection.
Booking procedure — five steps
- Check the date with the RWA office (telephone or in person).
- Submit the booking form (Appendix A) with the function date, shift and category — download it from the member portal.
- The RWA office approves and issues a booking code.
- Pay online quoting the code so that the payment is identified against your booking.
- The booking is confirmed once the payment is reconciled. Collect the keys from the office on the day.
